Funding opportunities for the qualification of international specialists

Many small and medium-sized companies in the Hannover Region are already successfully recruiting their skilled workers in third countries on the basis of the Skilled Immigration Act.

Even though foreign qualifications are often only partially recognized in Germany, skilled workers are allowed to take up employment and compensate for existing professional deficits during employment as part of an adaptation qualification.

The fee-based adaptation courses and the advanced German courses can be financially supported by the state.
