This time, we are focusing on a diversity dimension that is still often underestimated: neurodiversity . In the keynote speech by Dr. Kathrin Rüschenschmidt , we will find out why neurodivergent people - e.g. with ADHD, autism spectrum or dyslexia - need special framework conditions in the world of work and how companies can benefit from creating these.
We will talk about challenges in mutual understanding, opportunities for innovation and problem-solving as well as concrete approaches on how neurodivergent talents can fully develop their strengths. Dr. Rüschenschmidt will contribute her extensive experience as a physicist with a doctorate, manager in international companies and current Director Innovation Process & PMO at Emerson.
At the joint lunch afterwards, there will be an opportunity to deepen the impulses, exchange experiences and take away ideas for practical application. We look forward to an inspiring exchange with you!
