Recruiting Trainees from North Africa with THAMM Plus

You will receive the login details from DEHOGA Lower Saxony in good time before the event after registering.

As part of the THAMM Plus project, trainees from Morocco have already been recruited for the hospitality and catering sector and are currently being prepared to begin their training in Germany on August 1 or September 1, 2026. 

 

For the 2026 training start, we are still looking for interested businesses that can offer a training position. 

The event is therefore aimed in particular at businesses that: 

  • would like to meet their training needs
  • would like to learn more about the specific process and framework of the program
  • and would like to assess whether participation is a viable option for their company. 

 

A special focus of this event is on a key issue for many businesses: finding housing and accommodation for trainees. 

As a Welcome Center, we support companies in the Hanover region with questions regarding the arrival of international trainees and will provide concrete tips, examples, and support services during the event.
