Choosing a career is one of the most important decisions in life. Nevertheless, studies show that young people are guided by (gender) clichés rather than their individual strengths when choosing a career or course of study.
The Fachkräfteallianz Hannover and the Hannover Region cordially invite you to come and talk about stereotype-free career choices. Together with you and other experts, we want to discuss how stereotype-free career guidance and career counseling can contribute to a more successful and satisfied career start.
Get to know regional examples of good practice and gain an insight into suitable methods for counseling, teaching and guidance.
