As part of the THAMM Plus project, trainees from Morocco have already been recruited for the baking trade and are currently preparing to begin their training in Germany on August 1 or September 1, 2026. 

We are still seeking businesses that would like to offer an apprenticeship positionfor the 2026 training cycle. 

The event is aimed at businesses in the Hanover region that wish to meet their training needs and learn about concrete implementation options. 

A special focus is on a key issue for many companies: finding housing and accommodation for trainees. 

As a Welcome Center, we support companies in the Hanover region with questions regarding the arrival of international trainees and will provide concrete tips, examples, and support services during the event.
