Generation Z and their trainability, lack of skilled workers - keywords that have one thing in common: the current form of vocational training is under pressure!

Training companies know this only too well!

A change of perspective is therefore required: instead of talking about each other, we want to talk to trainees: What characterizes their lifeworlds? What challenges do they face? What do they need to successfully start and complete their training?

Instead of dropping out of training, success in learning and at work - how can this be achieved? What do trainees expect from their training and what do companies expect from their trainees?

Moving from helplessness to action -on two dates we will look at the training skills of young people and address the specific challenges you face in your company.

Your trainees, vocational schools, (teacher training) students and prospective BBS teachers will work together to find solutions to your company-specific questions. This new event uses the designthinkingmethod.

Our moderator Nina Kaienburg will accompany us throughout the event. Participants will receive an introduction to the Design Thinking method - an agile approach to solving problems and developing new ideas. In this way, participants also acquire valuable skills for finding creative solutions to future issues.
